A Multi-Disciplinary Professional Organization
The National Business and Economics Society focuses on promoting interdisciplinary research of both a theoretical and practical nature. It includes scholars and practitioners from the fields of Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, International Business, Operations Research, Economics, Public Administration, Health Care Administration, Psychology and other related areas.

27th Annual NBES Conference
Puerto Rico 2027
NBES will hold its 27th annual conference March 10–13, 2027, at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort in Puerto Rico. The conference aims to enhance the knowledge and expertise of business school academics and professionals by promoting interdisciplinary research and idea exchange — a collaborative environment that fosters meaningful insights and encourages continuous learning.
Nestled between the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System and the Atlantic Ocean. Room rates from $369/night plus 11% tax (buffet breakfast included; additional breakfasts $35). San Juan (SJU) airport is about a 25–30 minute ride away.
