$500 for all attending authors
$120 for non-attending co-authors
$99 per guest
Submission Requirements
Submit a one- to two-page abstract or complete paper in Microsoft Word format.
NOTE: All author names, affiliations, and emails must appear on the title page.
Co-authors cannot be added after acceptance.
All submissions undergo peer review.
An author may not be included on more than 3 papers.
At least one author must attend the conference.

Hotel Accommodations
Room rates starting at $369/night plus 11% room tax, including buffet breakfast for one (additional breakfasts $35). San Juan (SJU) airport is about a 25–30 minute ride away.
We strongly encourage attendees to book their hotel rooms as soon as possible once their presentation has been accepted. We have a limited room allocation and cannot guarantee room or rate availability if you miss the recommended dates that are communicated via the decision letters.
