Presentation Guidelines
Session Format
Grouped into sessions with 4–5 papers on related topics, each moderated by a discussant.
Session Duration
Sessions last approximately 90 minutes, with a broader discussion period following all presentations.
Individual Presentations
12–15 minutes per presenter, with a brief Q&A after each paper.
AV Equipment
Each presentation room has a computer connected to a projector. Bring your presentation on a flash drive or send them to your session chair — personal laptops cannot be used due to time constraints.
Presentation Tips
- • Use PowerPoint and limit your slides to no more than 12 to stay within your allotted time.
- • Use large fonts to ensure your presentation is easily readable for the audience.
- • Avoid presentations that require sound, as there are no external speakers in the rooms.
